Our client, a family office based in Paarl is looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, solution driven, focused self-starter who does not mind jumping in when a hand is needed. Teamwork forms an essential part of the work ethic at this office. The candidate should be dynamic, energetic individual who is fluent in English and Afrikaans. Exceptional organisational skills and a go-getter attitude is a must. This is the perfect company to settle at.
- Must live in or around Paarl
- License and own vehicle
- Tertiary qualification will count in your favour
- Grade 12 Certificate
- At least 6 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar position
- Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
- IT background
- Knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping will count in your favour
Main tasks can be divided into 2 parts:
- Office Manager – 50%
- Office Support – 50%
- Highly organised
- Must be able to work well on your own
- Must communicate and give constant feedback on projects
- Hardworking and Loyal
Our client offers a salary of R15 000 – R20 000 depending on qualification and experience.
